Embroidering your logo onto a garment is a multi-step process. First, we take your existing logo or artwork and digitize it. This is as much art as it is science and is a necessary step in the embroidery process. Next, we prepare your garments to be embroidered by individually placing them on holding hoops and then into a frame where protective backing is placed behind the garment. This helps in embroidering your logo on the garment. Then the garments are placed on the "state of the art" digital computerized embroidery machines. We utilize up to 58 sewing heads at one time, so large volume orders are a snap. After embroidery, excess stitching and backing is trimmed, your garments are lightly pressed and individually polybagged to keep each garment clean.
